Every Little Helps

Felt rather overwhelmed this morning after a heavy week of everyone needing support. Sometimes I feel I'm not doing enough for those I care about and yet so many ask for my help. Think I'd just run out of steam a bit and needed a hug and a chat to fix me again but my morning didn't go that direction and I ended up driving into town to drop my daughter off at the workshop she wasn't going to then was going to.
With thoughts of saving on petrol, I decided to fit in the food shopping on the same trip so parked at Tesco, got out of the car, took a deep breath and looked up.
The big words sunk in.
