The Sun Sets

Having spent the morning cycling round the local area delivering Christmas cards to friends, late this afternoon I drove down to my old school to attend the retirement do for a former colleague and friend, one of the best teachers and kindest people you could wish to meet, who was retiring after 35 years of teaching art at the school.

There were a lot of us old lags in attendance, some of whom I hadn't seen for a while, so there was a lot of reminiscing and laughing done.

I stopped on the way down to catch this picture of the setting sun.
