What a last day of term!

The school made some scarecrows for Chatsworth a couple of months back for their garden at Halloween.  Then, a few weeks later, they sent us an email inviting us for a free day out to look around their Christmas decorations in the house!!!!!  

So today, the whole school were amazed at their Dickens themed rooms and were wowed at every turn.

I've not been around the house for a few years, it is such a photographic-location heaven, but the lighting is so low I had the ISO cranked up to numbers I never normally use!  Got a wealth of wonderful shots for the school blog, but grabbed Jnr Jnr just at the end for a shot with my favourite statue - he's a belter!
