Sun: Ice Bubble

Is it a puddle, or the bottom of a glass?  No, it's a bubble encased in a chunk of ice floating in water in a transparent bottle left in the car overnight.  Perhaps it looks like the close-up of an eye... or like fertilization as viewed through a microscope!
