Keeping Watch . . .

After the fun and games of yesterday, it's been a day of appointments and meetings today. Bureaucracy is slowly driving me mad! I have reverted back to my maiden name, but the paperwork involved is incredible! So many forms, signatures, photos, bits of paper to be filled in and sent to this department and that. Still, it will be worth it in the long run.

Had a super walk this morning. So icy and frosty, bright and sunny, hardly a cloud in the sky! This pair were keeping an eye on us!

I've got a goose breast casserole in the oven, lots of red wine, shallots and juniper berries . . . . . Hope it tastes as wonderful as it smells! Just hope I retrieved all the bits of lead too . . . . !
