Sunrise at John Lewis

This time I am certain the photograph is of the sun rising over the John Lewis rooftop car park. I was here reasonably early, it was about 9:45, the car park was busy but by no means full. When I left at about 11:30 the car park was full and cars were queuing in the street to get in. The Christmas rush has most definitely started, so hopefully I will not have to make any more visits to the city centre, and definitely not by car.

I might have taken a look at the Christmas Market to see if there have been any changes, but I would have been too early.

After my fall at Queen's Cross yesterday I had an eye on the state of the pavements. They look better today though there are still patches of ice.
