Redshank

We waited till midday to go up to the allotment as the rain was supposed to stop for the afternoon - but as soon as we arrived we got rained on. Just harvested some Jerusalem fartichokes and leeks, while D fed the birds.

On our way across the Links we were charmed to see a few redshank looking for food, along with the usual gulls and pigeons. Trouble is, they were running about quite fast, so this was the best I could do!
