Advent #16

Because of back blipping #15 I'm out of order but I'm too tired to try and sort it so #15 & #16 are back to front!

This is the weekend I collapsed last year and given the tiredness I am taking it easy because I still don't know what actually triggered the five day paralysis and then the three months of pain
