Forest Clearing

Today we took our first longish walk since arriving in Iittala. We have been so busy nest building that walking has not been a priority.
No internet and no television yet. The former is a slight problem, the latter I don't miss at all. In fact it's quite liberating.
Still piggybacking off the mobile for internet, like now for instance.
During our walk we followed the ski tracks through the forest, through this area where the foresters have been logging. As you can see, the sun was going down. At 2pm!!!
