Lunch

Feeling better today .... appetite improved particularly for fruit so in the absence of anything else to blip here is my lunch ... two satsumas and some grapes ... with a bit of fancy editing.

After cheering on the winner of last night’s ‘strictly’ I’m now glued to the Sportsview Personality of the Year. I would like Mo Farrah to win ..... it’s time there was a name on the award!
