Aubergine parmigiana and the Small Faces

Happy half hour in the kitchen cobbling this together, solo-bopping to the Faces. It's in the freezer now, the parmigiana not the Faces.

What strikes me now, listening to them again, are the consummate musical skills displayed along with Marriott's  fabulous voice.
