A Black Dog is a notoriously difficult subject to photograph.

Getting down on the floor beside LBD (Little Black Dog) in a brightly lit kitchen gave good results.
LBD, normally not keen on posing for pics, was strangely co-operative but that might have had something to do with the absence of flash and also the left over pizza that was on the bench.

The darkest day is lit up by her lovely doggy face.
