Fish Cake

My work mates gave me some "going away" presents that included this fish cake, baked by GwenEllyn. In a few weeks I'm taking on a new role at the college and will no longer be housed in the same office. The fish cake was made because I have a lunch habit that often includes eating canned fish like sardines and smoked kippered snacks. I'll miss being near this group, but don't think they will miss my smelly lunches. 

And the cake was fantastic!
