Parkrun

Another parkrun done...
The guy, Bruce Fordyce,  who started the movement in South Africa came to run in Swellendam. Before we started he gave a little speech which was very funny and interesting. 
After we went to George with some stuff for L's sister who has now moved in to their new house.
