Beautiful Kingfisher

There is always a first in your life? And this is it!
   This is the first time I have ever successfully photographed a Kingfisher!
And it wasn't planned in any way.
  Just a random stroll along the riverbank to a spot I had gone many times.Its amazing colours caught my eye while watching a Cormorant fly buy. And I just froze.Fearing that it might fly away before getting the camera ready to my eye.
  But NO! It just sat there searching the water for its next meal.
I t only flew off because I pushed my luck at getting a little closer..

  I am a very lucky man.Yet another landmark in my life?
