Ironman

The firestation (with their funky firemen sculptures) is just across the road from us. Really handy in an emergency but boy do they love their sirens! It'd be hard to soundproof against those.
Quietish day but the good news is that after the best part of a week we've finally got hot water running at more than a trickle. The plumber isn't too sure of the problem though so this could be short-lived. I'll maybe pack extra showers in just in case. A trip to the dump, then to the hardware store for giant wheels to raise the TV cabinet thingy and hide the plugs, an unsuccessful search for a used bike, what seems to have been a successful wheel attachment and a belated catch-up of the first two episodes of Breaking Bad. That was the day that was!
