Sunshine on Mail, Snow on Hoofield

A cold day, and a chill from the north.  There has been plenty of sunshine, and odd winter shower.

The pain killers kicked in last night, so my foot is now down to a dull ache, and I could return back to work today.  I've been working on the museum desk all day, and it's been a fairly quiet day.  I'm also having to cover the desk tonight, and there's been various office parties in for thier Christmas doo.  Hopefully it'll not be a late night.

I went down the road at lunchtime, needed to get out of town, since I'm here all day!  The sun was shining, but it sure was cold.  Here's the sun on the old Mail Kirk and manse, with a dusting of snow covering the top of Hoofield.  Wonder what it would be like up the hill?  Taken from Mail Beach, Cunningsburgh.
