Tree of life

I wanted to post something pink for the Breast Cancer awareness week, but haven't come across anything, so have created my own pinkness.

My mother-in-law died last year from breast cancer, we didn't always see eye to eye, but had latterly come to understand each other more. She bore her illness with great courage and dignity to the very end and is an inspiration to us all. We all miss her and her wicked sense of humour!

Another close friend was struck by the disease some years ago but has survived it and is still with us.

It is a terrible thing, so this is in memory and support of all those who have fought this disease or will fight it in the future.
