squashy soup

This is the one and only potimarron we got from the garden. I've been wanting to make the creamy, squashy soup version of it ever since we picked it a while back.

I put in cheese, cream, loads of fresh parsley, salt and pepper and it didn't disappoint.

Roast chicken, more roasted squash and spuds and some broccoli for a bit of greenery.

Went for a good walk today with dad (up the Montagne du Belly!! Honest!!) so I reckon that's what gave us our appetites tonight :)
