Day 284

Today has been one of those days that require me to break my 'no wine during the week' rule. It's just got to be done. A large cold glass of sauvignon blanc is very much needed.

In other news, the sleep went a bit pear-shaped again last night. When I do manage to doze off, I have very strange dreams (including one where my best friend got two rather vicious dogs that kept jumping on me). I'm thinking they're anxiety related?

I will see what tonight brings...
