Was out at lunchtime to assist with a focus group in a venue ten mins on the bus from my house, so that was pleasant and handy.

Having swum three days in a row I thought I'd skip it tonight and walk to the supermarket, but it was throwing it down. I had to go anyway, I had no food for dinner. Even the walk to the bus stop got me wet through. Urgh.
