Marriage in the hail

I felt really sorry for these two having to endure a typical Dutch frozen December rain, but someone told me it means a blessing over the marriage in Indonesia.

Update. Not only do you 'feel' the wind by the angle of the umbrella or the flags being launched.... The white carpet behind the couple is also blowing up towards the sky and someone is quickly trying to keep it down ;-)
