ENOUGH!

Following all of yesterday's difficult phone calls and e-mails, today has been very empowering. Having said 'that's not good enough' to at least four different businesses, we've had real success today.

The missing options for the greenhouse will be sent tomorrow, along with a complete set of glass. The landscaper is coming on Monday to do all the incomplete bits. The missing builders will work on the terrace at the new house from Monday. The misplaced beam for the mezzanine has been moved today so now the plumber, electrician and plasterer can get on.

I'm not a fan of confrontation and neither is Ali, so often we put up with a less than satisfactory job. But no longer. We've found our french tongues.

It feels good.
