Christmas Pavlova

Our Together Altogether was today and it went well.

I love the international mix of the bring-and-share lunch that we have afterwards too. Different rice and bean and pasta dishes - yum!

But really, this creation of Su’s was incredible. 2 pavlovas, held together by whipped cream mixed with brandy cream and topped with more brandy cream mixed with mincemeat. And then of course it was sprayed with glitter. Awe!
