A taste of Scotland

It’s been a curious day weather-wise with fog, ice and melting snow.
 
Now Scotland prides itself on “care in the community”. Well we saw some of it in action today.
Our nonoctogenerarian neighbour is supposed to have three carers popping in at different times of the day. The first one she saw was at 6 o clock tonight.
 
The excuse given by the agency, sub contracted to Stirling Council, was that our road was impassable. Not true. Yes it was a bit icy but cars have been up and down all day.


Fortunately we suspected something like this would be happen and popped in to see her.
