a less heavy load
...it rained. All day. But, enough about the weather, at least it was warm.
We were back at Arne late this afternoon where, unsurprisingly, there was nothing much about. There were still some of yesterday's birch shieldbugs, plus another beetle that I haven't had time to identify yet. The light was even worse than on Wednesday so I had to increase the ISO to 640, which is as far as I will go with wildlife photography.
I have found the blackberry bushes to be fruitful hunting grounds during all this rain, which is where I came face to face with this Fox Moth caterpillar. It is not carrying as much water as the Oak Eggar from Monday but I still found it interesting because its face is about as clear as could be expected with the higher ISO rating...
