Cushions.

This Christmas I decided to make some of the gifts. It always seems such a good idea in the summer but as the time draws nearer you wonder why you decided upon this idea!! However I started so I must finish. Yesterday I completed two cushions like this for Mrs V . I bought the beautiful panels at the Moy Game Fair of all places back in June , but they were so reasonable priced and so lovely I snapped them up along with two panels of boxing hares for Mrs Tbay Jnrs cushions.  I have been beavering away today and have finished three out of the four cushions and almost complete the fourth. This may seem quite slow work but I have put in invisible zips in each one too which does take a little bit more time, plus I am pretty much an amateur in sewing terms!! However I have so enjoyed using my new machine which is AWESOME!

Farming - Two on compost all day plus Mr Tbay Jnr was out picking up a broken down tractor for someone.

Mr Tbay has boxed in Mrs V’s pipe work in her bathroom today which has made him sweat quite considerably despite the very cold weather. Talking of which it has done nothing but rain most of the day and it is really cold too.  A bunch of pretty miserable hens and horses today.

Our lady who manipulates our backs visited today and ironed us out (I think) for the festive season. Miss whiplash lived up to name yet again finding the spot with deadly accuracy. I am sure that she could have a long line of torturers in her family tree.
