Ladies,welcome.
Today the 'ladies' who live around me went out for our annual Christmas lunch. This year we went to Llanelly House which was featured some years ago on a TV programme where historic buildings in need of resoration vied to win financial support. The building is considered to be a prime example of an early 18th Centuary town house and has been comprehensively restored and is now open for guided tours and also has a very nice cafe and private dining room. We had a super lunch and recieved a surprise visit from the owner Sir Thomas Stepney, who regaled us with stories and general banter. It was great fun and a change from the usual meal out.
