Potatoes did have a small growth going on
Tail of sweet potato
Big half of parsnip
2 bashed apples, don't forget blackbirds & thrushes like apple leftovers
Mash & season to your taste

Bunging in whatever is around for two - three days worth of soup.

Failed the soup test - the spoon did not stand up - maybe tomorrow.

Hard to get motivated to cook for self, but soup wins the winter effort for fresh veg use.
