At the park

I have not had a good walk/hike since I got back from Colorado except at Thanksgiving so today I "made" the hubby go with me to a state park about an hour away.  It was cold but sunny..perfect walking weather for me.  This park sometimes has eagles sitting in the cypress trees but none today..only a flock of geese swimming in a cove.  The sky was such a clear blue and the water picked up that color so well.   I probably would have taken 200 photos but the battery died in the camera before I got to 115!   Which is good..less to look at..and then there was the phone if I needed to take one more photo!   Note to myself,  ALWAYS take that extra battery.
