Garden Birds at the Feeder

Getting blips when the days are so short and the light levels pretty poor requires some forward thinking, so when the sun came out this afternoon I realised thatI needed to shoot something fairly quickly. Fortunately there is my old stand-by of garden birds so I put my longest lens on one of my slrs and stood at the living room window focussing on the bird feeder outside in there garden. For a while there was no sign of any bird life so I went off for a bit and came back about ten minutes later by which time there was much  ore activity at the bird feeder. I caught this goldfinch and sparrow warring at the feeder together and quite like as there was a bit of movement in the image.
