Amused but also affirmed as we unwrapped one of the advent presents in our house tonight, a pair of 'men's' socks. Odd to think how such an arbitrary and largely meaningless nomenclature can make me feel better after a long day of dysphoria.

The chocolate Santa which had suffered damage to his beard has also become mine, inevitable given my somewhat untidy scruff these days!! Blessed to have this safe space to be in.
