Tankers (Day 948)

After another slippery stumble up the hill with the woofers this morning, I headed to town to collect a few bits for the bathroom refit, before trundling across to Orphir to make a start. I did a little bit of re-piping, then plasterboarded a wall before stripping the tiles off round the bath and getting the old bath out. The customer helped me get the old bath out of the house and into the van and informed me that the previous owner of the house had died in that very bath. Just the sort of thing I really needed to know!
Blip opportunities have been limited today, but the view from the customer's house is over Scapa Flow, where a ship to ship transfer between two huge tankers has been taking place all day.
I finished the day off by stripping off some more tiles, before slithering up the icy farm track and heading home to my beautiful wife.
