The Best Light Of The Day

A dark and stormy day with a cutting wind  which had tremendous force . The birds had very ruffled feathers . In the afternoon I had to go to Alt Wittenau..This image was taken at 16:03 cet  and not only do I like the lamp ( one of many ) it is the brightest thing seen all day .
