Sweet Taco #2

I didn't know Thailand had sweet tacos (that's my name for them because I can't remember the real Thai name, so don't come here and try to order a "Sweet Taco" or do, and tell me what happens.)

Sweet Taco #1 is filled with white fluff.

Sweet Taco #2 is filled with the colorful stringy stuff in the bags. It's a little like cotton candy, basically sugar melted and stretched to make fine hair. The "tortilla" is made from rice flour and doesn't have a lot of flavor, but with the sweet string rolled up in the middle, it's a tasty treat.
