Martha's Vineyard

We had a wonderful trip to Martha's Vineyard. The local bus service took us first of all to Oak Bluffs with its wooden gingerbread houses and then on to Edgartown which had large rather grand houses used presumably by wealthy Americans as summer retreats. Today many were being painted and having minor repairs done before the winter. The lighthouse is the Edgartown Harbour Light which overlooks the island of Chappaquiddick.
