What is this stuff?

We woke up to a whole load of snow this morning. It would have been sensible to stay in however my uncle and cousin have come up from Cornwall yesterday and were expecting a tour of Merry Hill to go Christmas shopping. I ventured out and it wasn't too bad. After shopping and lunch we headed back to Grandad's.

Can you believe it was the first time my cousin has seen snow too. She's nineteen! We did plan to go out and play but the afternoon past too quickly.

I attempted to get home but got stuck and Dad and Uncle Keith had to come rescue us. Thinking we were going to have to camp in Grandad's living room, the boy turned up after work to take us home perplexed as to why I couldn't make it home myself. Especially when my sister then turned up with the kids! It was a very slippy hill okay!
