Giardiasis

A week ago I didn't know what giardiasis is. Now I'm wiser – it's a protozoan parasite that has infected our cats. Poor Essu already has
twice-a-day medication and now she has one more pill to swallow.

The infection was probably contracted by Junnu first. The likely source is bird excrement on the balcony. Happily, the medication promises to take care of the problem.
