By far the biggest thing to happen today was another fire in the kitchen! We smelt burning this afternoon as we were all chilling in our bedroom...Danny rushed into the kitchen to find flames! Fortunately a big pot of water later and the fire was out...but we've lost a tea towel, a kettle and a lamp. Spoke to our landlady who's taken it seriously this time. She came straight over and is having it replaced tomorrow. I'd actually text her in the morning about the electric shocks we're getting off the sink!
We'd not even used the hob since Saturday! 

Drama of the day;
Fire!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Seeing Tchani & hearing that his back is improving...enough that he's been able to do a few days work.
2) Community being caring, and a family dropping off dinner for this evening.
3) That I was in...Danny has no sense of smell...who knows how bad the fire would have become before he'd known something was wrong...
