Dejected Westie

After three days of hiking in the Rockies, Angus was absolutely mortified when we had to keep his appointment to get groomed today! He goes to a wonderful groomer who hand strips him and he has a great wiry coat which sheds all the dirt but he would way rather just be scruffy and dirty all the time. By this time next week he'll be back to his usual self full of burrs and sand!

If you're interested I just had to about 2 weeks of backblipping. We had a crazy spell where we had to drive to Vancouver island to winterize a boat then drive right across BC to the Alberta rockies to meet up with our daughter for Thanksgiving. Too much driving but worth it.
