Behind the Scenes at the Christkindlesmarkt

Uschi, a wonderful woman who does excellent voluntary work for her history society, invited me into the inner sanctum of the Friends of the Old City stall at the Christmas Market (which has been going on - almost - every year since at least the early 17th century). What a delight to catch up with her, and to see the market from a different, and pleasantly cosy, perspective!
