'The George Street Sessions' CD launch

This was Saturday and I was off. 

Didn't do much during the day, to be honest, apart from some cleaning in the flat and finally sending my Christmas cards. It was freezing cold outside when we went for a walk with Cassie. 

In the evening, I attended a special event. The launch of 'The George Street Sessions' CD. There is a venue in George Street in Cellardyke, part of a private property which used to be a shop. The owners decided to put this beautiful space to a good use and musicians around the area go often there to play their music. This space is where the CD was recorded with beautiful tracks that we often hear in the open mic nights both in the Boathouse and the Haven. It was a special CD beautifully recorded and we had a lovely evening. I drank maybe too much prosecco though, considering I was working the next day... 

The night was finished off by some live music performed by local musicians at the Haven. I didn't stay long though, as I had to get up early on Sunday.
