50!

Our daughter in law, mother of Niklas and Oskar, turned 50 today so her whole Seattle family celebrated at a neighborhood pub.  (She says she’ll do a friends party later, far away from Christmas) . Our son provided all the table decorations and a very fun time was had by all. (except Fiona who was at a Star Wars marathon at a friends house…hard to choose)   She’s a great daughter in law ..she works hard at Microsoft and enjoys the horse that lives at her parents barn when she can,, plus going to all those games and school things and paying attention to 4 aging parents (or parents in law) in town.

Earlier in the afternoon H and I enjoyed a Bach Advent contata concert, once we got to the right place. (we went to the wrong church first!  but got to the right place with 2 minutes to spare once we figured out our mistake!    OH dear! is this how is going to be?)     

The condo Christmas party got along without us,.  :-)
