We are sizzlin' babe

The helichrysums/straw flowers are providing some hot colour in the garden. A selfset, it is the only one to have come up this year. They love the hot dry conditions we are experiencing.
Trev and I decided to walk before breakfast this morning before the heat of the day. So 6am saw us out the door and going our separate ways. It must have been the right move because not only have we made the Christmas mince pies but we have cleaned out the freezers ready for this years produce.
