Ice breakers in Helsinki
I visited my Godson Ahti and his parents in Helsinki during the weekend. It was nice. See two previous blips for more details.
On Sunday Hevosmies and I left his place for downtown Helsinki around 1 P.M. After Hevosmies continued to a passenger harbour for a company cruise, I took a walk around downtown Helsinki before my train back home left. The ice breakers in Katajanokka harbour don't seem to have much to do at the moment (at least close to Helsinki), but I like the gesture of one of them celebrating Finland's 100 years of independence.
