3 Bridge Reflections

I tried to get a blip of a train crossing the distant bridge but unfortunately the water was too rippled.  Also 2 seals kept popping up and watching me but I never managed to get them in a photo.

The Old Bridge over the Tweed in Berwick was built between 1611 and 1624 because King James VI (James I of England) had been anxious about crossing the old dilapidated wooden bridge when he crossed on his way from Edinburgh to London for his coronation.  This was the main crossing for The Great North Road from London to Scotland until 1928, when the Royal Tweed Bridge was built (the middle bridge).   Since the 80's most traffic now use the bypass further west.  The distant Royal Border Bridge was opened by Queen Victoria in 1850 and carries the East Coast railway.
