Billy and the Butcher

I ran into trisharooni and Billy up the street today.
Billy is a very friendly dog and made a fuss of anyone who went past who gave him the time of day.

However this chap got him extra excited. 
His wife says he is a butcher and he has that effect on all dogs. 
Something to do with the smell.
