Dinner

Productive Saturday. Sun and snow in intervalls. Wonderful evening with JH and EP. Prepared sauteed spinach with pine kernels, raisins and Vin Santo as an appetizer followed by a roasted leg of lamb with Tomate, Mascarpone and Basil Risotto. Magnum Gigondas 2009. JH brought his home made Tiramisu. Ended late.
