Today in Cambridge it was between -1 and 3 degrees C, but sunny. The Sally Army brass band were braving the bitter cold weather to cheer up the shoppers. The young chap second left kept sinking lower into his coat.  They were also handing out extra blankets to some homeless nearby. I wonder why pre-fabs can't be erected to house people. Our city is overflowing with new bed sit buildings for students, many empty.
