Seven swans-a-swimming

Just had to be done :o)

Blimmin' freezin' at parkrun this morning, but I managed to pace 22 minutes for the sixth time this year. Really pleased with that, as six is exactly the number of sub-22s I ran in 2014 (0), '15(5) and '16(1) combined!
